Regarding reservations

QWhat time is the reception available?: From 7:30 to 23:00
QWhen should I pay the accommodation fee?: Please pay the fee when checking in
QWhen does the cancellation fee apply?: Same day cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Depending on the plan, cancellations after fee payment may not be possible.
QAre there separate fees for children?: Accommodation fees are the same regardless of age.

QAt what time is check in possible?: Between 7:30 and 23:00. (If you wish to check in in the morning and the rooms have not been cleaned yet, you will be asked to wait in the lobby or leave your luggage at the reception.)
QAt what time must I check out?: By 10:00 latest
QIs a late check out possible?: Yes. Late check out is possible until 13:00 for 500 JPY.
Please ask at the reception.
QIs there a curfew?: No. However, after 23:00, please enter your password at the terminal next to the main entrance.
QI have booked multiple rooms, can you group them next to each other?: Yes, we will do our best to do so. Please mention this in the comment section.

QIs there any parking available?: We are sorry but there is no hotel parking spot available.
Please use the paid parking lots in the vicinity. For details please refer to the map of the neighborhood.

QIs it possible to have my luggage taken care of before check in/after check out?: Yes. We can keep your luggage during reception business hours.
Note: we can not keep your valuables etc.
QI want to send my luggage in advance: This service is available only if your accommodation has been paid in advance. Fill in your name and the date of your stay on the shipping order and send your luggage to the hotel address.

QAre there any restaurants in the vicinity with Osaka delicacies like the kushi katsu skewers?: There are many famous restaurants in Shinsekai, Jan-Jan Yokocho and Tsutenkaku area within 5 minutes walking distance.

QI don’t speak any Japanese. Is that a problem?: Our staff can speak English, Korean and Chinese so you do not need to worry.
